32 oz. pkg. hash brown potatoes 1 pt. sour cream 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix 1 lg. onion, chopped 2 cans cream of chicken soup 8 oz. pkg. soft cream cheese 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese 1 stick butter Mix potatoes and onion. Place in large baking dish (9 x 13 inch). Mix soup, cream cheese, and sour cream. Pour over potatoes. Top with stuffing mix. Top with pats of butter. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on last 15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
