1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. shortening
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
3 c. flour

Combine sugar, salt and shortening and pour water in. Cool; add yeast and water. Mix in flour. Grease pans well and press dough to cover pan (1 large cookie sheet).
