Shredded Mozzarella cheese (yellow or white) English muffin 1 sm. jar pizza sauce Cut the English muffin in half (the best is Thomas English muffins). Spread the sauce on the muffin and then put the shredded cheese on top. Put in oven. Cook until cheese has melted. Take out and cut. | |
