AFTER-THE-GAME PIZZA 
1 loaf Italian bread (about 14 inches long), split and toasted
1 jar (14 oz.) Rag Pizza Quick Sauce
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced pepperoni (about 3/4 lb.)
2 cans (4 oz. each) sliced mushrooms (drained)
2 med. green peppers, sliced into rings
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven 425 degrees F. Cover each piece of bread with half a jar of sauce. Evenly top with pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers and cheese. Bake 20 minutes. Serves 6.
