CHICKEN AND SWISS CASSEROLE 
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices of Swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. white wine
1 c. crushed stuffing
1/4 c. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass dish. Place chicken in pan and put a slice of cheese on each breast. Mix soup and wine and pour over cheese. Sprinkle stuffing on top and drizzle with melted butter. Bake for about 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with rice.
