CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE 
6 deboned chicken breasts, skinned
1 can raw sauerkraut, drained & washed

Place chicken breasts in a casserole dish and spread the sauerkraut over them. Grate Swiss cheese on top. Pour bottle Thousand Island dressing over all. Bake until done, or for 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
