4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
Nutmeg (optional)

Beat eggs and sugar. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
