PUMPKIN SPICE BARS 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves

Beat sugar, eggs, oil and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add raisins and nuts. Pour into 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese, soft
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix together until smooth. Spread frosting on cool bars. Sprinkle with nuts.
