1 c. rice (Uncle Bens) in bottom of pan
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Pour over rice. Place chicken parts on top of rice. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Cover with tin foil, tight. Bake at 350 degrees 2 hours. Do not remove cover until ready to serve.
