ORIENTAL PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. linguine
1 bunch scallions, chopped
4 carrots, coarsely shredded
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
Few drops Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
Sesame seeds
5 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook linguine, drain, cool and dry. Mix linguine with scallions, carrots and tomatoes. Beat oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, Tabasco sauce and sesame oil. Pour over pasta, toss, chill. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve at room temperature.
