ORIENTAL PASTA SALAD 
4 c. cooked tri-color spiral macaroni
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
6 oz. fresh snow peas or 10 oz. frozen, thawed and drained
1/2 c. diced red pepper
1/4 c. diced red onion (or 2 tbsp. sliced green onions and 2 tbsp. red onion)

DRESSING:

1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. peanut oil
1 tbsp. rice vinegar and 1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
Optional - garlic powder, sesame oil to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover, chill for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
