HEALTHY ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 sm. head green cabbage, sliced thinly
1 bunch (8) green onions, sliced
1 pkg. Ramen noodles (do not use flavor pkg.)
4 oz. slivered almonds (1/2 c. chopped raw almonds may be used, toasting
until golden brown
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Combine cabbage, onions and crumbled noodles in large bowl.

DRESSING #1:
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar or honey
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt, pepper

Mix well and add to salad.

DRESSING #2:
1/2 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 c. rice vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
