CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. cranberries
1 orange
1 c. sugar
3 boxes red Jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. ginger ale
1 can crushed pineapple
1 grated apple
1 c. seedless grapes

Grind cranberries and orange together. Add sugar. Mix Jello with hot water and ginger ale. Mix drained pineapple, apple and grapes (cut). Add to cranberry orange mix and stir well. Add to Jello mixture. When it begins to set, refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight (3 quart utility dish).
