COCONUT POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 c. frozen coconut, thawed
1 tsp. vanilla plus 1 tsp. coconut flavoring

Cream butter gradually; add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Combine flour, soda, and salt. Mix well. Add alternately, flour and cream mixture. Stir in the coconut and flavorings. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool 10 to 15 minutes in pan, then remove and cool.
