B-B-Q BRISKET 
Brisket
Meat tenderizer
Onion salt
Celery salt
Garlic salt
1/2 bottle Liquid Smoke
Worcestershire
B-B-Q Sauce

Night before: Sprinkle meat with tenderizer, onion salt, celery salt and garlic salt; pour Liquid Smoke over brisket. Cover and leave in refrigerator overnight.

When ready to cook: Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and bake 5 hours at 275 degrees covered. Pour B-B-Q sauce over top and bake 1 hour uncovered.
