CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) Philly cream cheese
4 tbsp. green pepper
1 pkg. chipped beef or approx. 1/2 lb.
3 tbsp. milk

Heat over medium heat until smooth. If it is too thick, add a little milk. You can also heat this in the microwave on a medium heat until mixed well, but watch carefully. This burns around the edges quite quickly. Serve warm with Triscuit crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
