MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 can Hormel chili, no beans
1 lb. very lean cooked ground beef
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 can black olives
1 jar mushrooms

Spray bottom of casserole with Pam. Layer tortillas, chili, hamburger, mushrooms, cheese (2/3 Cheddar, all of Mozzarella), 1/2 of black olives. Cover top with tortillas, pour soup and milk over top. Cover with 1/3 cheese and the rest of the black olives. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
