1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 c. nuts (opt.)

Stir all ingredients into plastic bowl. Cook 2 minutes in microwave. Remove and beat with mixer. Stir in nuts. Place in greased 8" pan and chill.
