BUCKEYES 
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) peanut butter
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
6 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate

Mix together butter, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix together well. Form into small balls and freeze. Melt together chocolate chips and unsweetened chocolate in double boiler. Dip frozen balls in chocolate mixture (using a toothpick) until almost covered. Make it look like a buckeye. Place on a waxed paper covered cookie sheet. Freeze for one hour and then store in a plastic container. Keep refrigerated.
