PINEAPPLE-APRICOT-OAT BARS 
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 c. apricot preserves
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cornstarch
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. butter
2 c. oatmeal

Mix first 4 ingredients, 1/4 teaspoon salt. Boil until thick and clear. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly. Put half into foil lined 13x9 inch pan. Add filling and rest of crumbs. Bake 30 minutes, 350 degrees.
