PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
4 slices of bread
1/4 lb. butter

Lightly grease with butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Beat together with mixer 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and 3 eggs. Add one large can crushed pineapple, well drained to the above mixture. Mix together and place in casserole dish. Break 4 slices of bread in cubes. Drop on top of mixture. Melt 1/4 pound butter (butter) and pour on top of bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until brown on top.
