RHUBARB SURPRISE PIE 
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. milk
3 c. diced rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

Sift together 1 cup flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter. Add egg and milk and mix. Press into 9 inch pie pan. Arrange rhubarb in shell. Sprinkle with Jello. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until rhubarb is done.
