THAI CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. corn oil
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tbsp. minced ginger root
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lg. garlic cloves, minced

1 lb. chicken breasts

Set for 30 minutes covered. Turn once. Grill chicken for 10 minutes or until done, brush with marinade. Serve with vegetable rice pilaf.
