MINI QUICHE 
1 pkg. butter flake rolls
1 egg
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. minced green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Divide biscuits into twelve pieces; cut each in 1/2. Beat all ingredients well (except cheese). Spray tins with Pam. Use mini muffin tins. Place biscuits into muffin tins. Divide mixture equally. Add cheese on top.

Among tins: about 2 tablespoons each. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until center is firm. Wait 5 minutes. Serve. (You can also use spinach, shrimp or other fillings.)
