RHUBARB CAKE 
5 c. cut-up rhubarb
1 (4 serving) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. sugar
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (2 layer) pkg. white or yellow cake mix

Lightly batter a 9x13 inch cake pan. Spread rhubarb evenly over bottom of pan. Sprinkle dry gelatin over rhubarb. Sprinkle with sugar and spread marshmallows evenly over top. Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Pour batter over marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool about 15 minutes before putting pan on serving tray. Cake may be served with whipped cream, if desired.
