LAYERED CASSEROLE 
3 c. sliced raw potatoes
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 med. onion, sliced
1 lb. cooked, ground beef
1 c. sliced raw carrots
1 qt. canned tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Layer potatoes, corn, onions, meat, and carrots in a 3 quart casserole dish. Seasoning layers as desired with salt and pepper. Pour tomatoes over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 3/4 hours or until vegetables are done.
