SQUASH PIE (COCONUT FLAVOR) 
1 1/2 c. grated raw squash
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Mix ingredients; pour into pie crust.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
