APRICOT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
3 eggs
1 (7 3/4 oz.) jar apricot baby food
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well blended. Pour into a well greased tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Good served while warm, topped with an apricot half and whipped cream.
