SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. squash, boiled until soft; drain
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 c. sweet milk
1 c. diced American cheddar cheese
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. minced onion
Salt and pepper, to taste

Butter casserole dish. Pour in mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted for about 30 minutes. You may sprinkle top with grated cheese and let it melt right before removing from oven.
