FINNISH SALMON SCALLOPED
POTATOES
 
1/2 lb. salt salmon
Potatoes

Fill a buttered baking dish or loaf pan with layer of slices potatoes, sprinkle with flour, pepper and small pieces of salt salmon. Continue with another layer of potatoes, top with another layer of salmon. Dot with butter and add enough milk to almost cover. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, uncovering last 15-20 minutes.
