FINNISH SALMON SCALLOP 
1 can salmon
6 potatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Arrange layers of potatoes, fish, onions, and salt in greased casserole. Begin and end with potatoes. Dot with butter. Beat egg and milk together. Pour over ingredients in casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
