SMOKED WHITEFISH SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream or Miracle Whip
1/2 lb. smoked white fish, skinned, boned and flaked
1/4 c. finely chopped red and green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped red onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. coarse grind pepper
1 tsp. horseradish

Mix cream cheese and sour cream until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill. Serve with cocktail bread or crackers.
