SHRIMP DE JONGHE 
1 c. butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash of cayenne
2/3 c. cooking sherry
2 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
5 to 6 c. cleaned cooked shrimp

To melted butter add next five ingredients; mix. Add bread crumbs, toss. Place shrimp in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Spoon the butter mixture over. Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with additional chopped parsley before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
