HAMBURGER STEW 
2 lb. lean hamburger
1 chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
6-8 peeled and cut up potatoes
1 can carrots, sliced and drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes

Brown first 3 ingredients. Add rest and simmer until potatoes are tender. Add enough water for desired amount of juice.
