CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
Green chilies - 24 (homegrown frozen)
Monterey Jack cheese - 1 pound (shredded)
Cheddar Cheese - 1 pound (shredded)
Evaporated milk - 1 large can
Eggs - 4
Tomato Sauce - 1 8 oz. can

Jack Cheese
1/2 egg mixture
Green Chilies
Cheddar Cheese
Egg mixture

Cover and bake at 325°F for one hour. Uncover and pour tomato sauce over casserole. Then bake 1 hour more.
