ENCHILADA CASSEROLE | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese 1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans 1 (15 oz.) can enchilada sauce 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 c. sour cream 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 c. shredded cheese Combine ingredients except 1 cup corn chips and sour cream and 1 cup cheese. Pour into 11" x 7" x 1 1/2" dish and bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes then spread top of mixture with sour cream and cheese. Circle chips around edge. |
