CHOCOLATE PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 rounded tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. Milnot
2 1/2 c. whole milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (10 inch) baked pie shell

Mix sugar, cornstarch and flour in a saucepan. Blend egg yolks and Milnot. Add to sugar mixture, butter and vanilla. Cook until thickened and remove from heat. Add chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Cool, pour into pie shell. For butterscotch pie, use butterscotch chips.
