SWISS CHOCOLATE CAKE | |
1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix 1 small box instant vanilla pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 3 eggs 3/4 c. oil Mix all ingredients and bake in three 9-inch layer cake pans at 325°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Frosting: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. granulated sugar 12 oz. Cool Whip 1/2 c. chopped nuts ("optional") 1 1/2 chopped Hershey bars ("optional") Mix sugars and cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. |
