POPPYSEED DRESSING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. vinegar, not wine
3 tbsp. onion juice
2 c. Wesson oil
3 tbsp. poppy seeds

Mix sugar, mustard, salt and vinegar together. Add onion juice. While beating, add oil slowly and continue beating until thick. Add poppy seeds. Can be tinted light pink with food coloring. Chill and serve over fruit or fruit salads. Makes one quart. Do not use electric mixer to mix and mix slowly.
