OLD FASHIONED COLE SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage, finely shredded
1 lg. onion, sliced fine
1 bell pepper, thin sliced

Combine above ingredients and cover with 1 cup sugar. Mix 2/3 cups Wesson oil, 1 teaspoon dried mustard, 1 cup white vinegar, 1 teaspoon celery seed, 1 teaspoon salt and 2-3 whole cloves. Bring mixture to a boil and pour over cabbage. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
