CHEESE BALL 
1 jar of Bleu (Roka) cheese
1 jar of sharp cheese
2 sm. pkg. or 6 oz. of Philly cream cheese

Let set at room temperature until soft. Mix cheeses. Then add:

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 dash seasoned salt
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash onion powder

Mush everything together then refrigerate until able to form into 2 balls. It will be sticky. Roll in crushed nuts. Serve with crackers.
