LEMON PUDDING DESSERT 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and press into long cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Let cool.

Mix together:

2 pkgs. (sm.) instant lemon pudding with 3 c. cold milk

Pour onto crust.

Beat together:

1 lg. (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Pour over top of pudding. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Let stand until firm. (Chocolate pudding may be used instead of lemon).
