CHEESY BRAT STEW 
6 full cooked bratwurst, cut into 1/2 inch pieces (1 lb.)
4 med. potatoes (about 1 1/4 lbs.), cooked, peeled and cubed
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 sm. onion, chopped

(Or Polish sausage can be used).

1. In a 3-quart casserole, stir together the bratwurst or Polish sausage, potatoes, green beans, condensed cream of mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese and chopped onion.

2. Bake the casserole, covered, in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until heated through. Makes 8 servings.
