RANCH STYLE RICE | |
1 lb. ground meat 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 can ranch style beans 1 can tomatoes 1/4 tsp. cumin 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper Garlic, salt & pepper to taste Saute onion, bell pepper and rice in 2 tablespoons of butter until lightly brown. Add ground meat and cook until brown. Add rest of ingredients and enough water to cover, about 1 cup. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. |
