1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

CRUST VARIATION:

1 1/2 c. cookie crumbs - vanilla wafers or chocolate cookies
1/2 c. melted butter

FILLING:

32 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs

TOPPING:

2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Crust: Oil spring form pan. Combine crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake 5 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool.

Filling: Cream cheese, add sugar and vanilla cream again. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each. Pour over cool crust.

Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool 15 minutes. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour over cake. Bake 10 minutes. Cool 12 to 24 hours.

Brown sugar may be used but cake is darker.
