SPINACH QUICHE | |
3 eggs, beaten 2 c. half and half 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 pkg. Knorr (or Lipton) vegetable and recipe mix 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, and well drained 9 inch unbaked pie shell or 1 prebaked 11 inch tart shell In large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until blended. Spoon into pie or tart shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. |
