EASY GREEN BEAN PIE 
8 oz. fresh green beans, cut to lengthwise into strips
1 c. mushrooms stems & pieces
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Heat beans in 1 inch salted water to boil, cook uncovered 5 minutes, cover and cook 5 minutes until tender. Drain beans.

Mix beans, mushrooms, onion, garlic and cheese in pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick, egg, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour over pie plate. Cook until golden brown or until knife comes out of center clean, approximately 30-40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, then eat.
