1 c. pineapple juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1/2 c. sugar
12 lg. marshmallows
1 c. (15 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 (12 oz.) sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whipped cream or topping

Bring the pineapple juice, Jello and sugar to boil. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Let cool. Add remaining 4 ingredients. Pour into mold that has been rinsed in cold water just prior to filling. Serves 12.
