RHUBARB PIZZA 
Crust:

1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. shortening

Mix together the crust ingredients and pat in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

Topping:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter

Combine and sprinkle over the mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Filling:

3 c. rhubarb, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk

Place chopped rhubarb on crust and sprinkle with jello. Mix together the egg and milk and pour over the rhubarb.
