LOW-FAT FUDGE IN THE MIDDLE BARS 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts; optional

That's a lie.

Combine softened butter, brown sugar, oatmeal, and flour. Pat crumbs into 9 x 13 inch pan. Save 1/3 for top.

Heat milk and chocolate chips until melted; add nuts. Spread over crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top and press in a little bit. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
